Respond to assist Murrysville Fire Dept. with a possible vehicle accident, with entrapment and fire on the initial dispatch. Despite heroic efforts from the rescuers, one life was perished. Support 610 assisted with lighting and scene preservation using portable lighting equipment and canopy tenets.

Medic 611 & Medic 613 responded Route 366 & Route 66, Washington Twp. for a 2-car motor vehicle collision. One-person was transported by ground to a local hospital and another patient was flown to a trauma center for treatment.
